Lab services – QA and QC & reagent selection

Our Company has a laboratory that is accredited for compliance with the requirements of GOST ISO/IEC 17025-2019. The laboratory includes: a quality control laboratory, a water laboratory, an oil laboratory and a foam concentrate laboratory. 

The company always pays special attention to the quality of its products. Compliance of product quality with the requirements of GOST and ST TOO (Organization Standard) is guaranteed by compliance with technological regulations, development of the necessary documentation, modern equipment of the laboratory, quality control of raw materials and finished products, and a high level of professional training of chemists and laboratory technicians. To perform the necessary tests, the Laboratory is equipped with modern instruments from such well-known brands as “Metrohm”, “MettlerToledo”, “HACH”. 

The laboratory has implemented a quality management system, the functioning of which is ensured by highly qualified personnel who have completed advanced training courses. 

IL provides services for chemical reagents within the scope of accreditation with the issuance of appropriate test reports and quality certificates. The laboratory has wide experience in selection and testing of different types of chemicals for oilfields and refineries. 

 Our Company’s employees participated in consultations with specialized committees during the development of National Standards for Oilfield Chemistry Performance Assessment and National Standards for types of chemical reagents. The professionalism and qualifications of our employees allow us to compete on an equal footing with leading industry research organizations.
